For shoots across Switzerland, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, the production works with fixed core teams and carefully selected local crews. A shared look bible and sound spec, reliable release and logistics workflows, and redundant data security ensure consistent cinematography and audio quality—while remaining agile enough to capture singular moments and exclusive access with precision.

About Pascal Wasinger

Director/Showrunner — 20+ years in film, photography & communication.

Pascal Wasinger is a Zurich‑based director and photographer. After completing a B.A. in Film (2006–2009), he developed a distinctive style at the intersection of documentary and advertising over more than two decades. He works with international brands and institutions—including Adecco Group, UBS, Peugeot, Odlo—and produces across Switzerland and abroad. His focus is people‑centred storytelling for corporate communication and culture. Fluent in German, English, and conversional French, he leads teams with calm clarity—from compact shoots to multi‑day international setups.

For RIBAL, WMH leads the multi‑season production and international coordination.
